Linda Hurd developed a love and respect for plant life early on, spending much of her childhood rolling in the grass, adventuring in the
garden outside her home, and making “healing potions” with random leaves and twigs that she collected. In her teen years, she discovered a love of gardening as well as a deeper love of nature. In the early 2000s Linda discovered aromatherapy and in 2019 started taking online aromatherapy classes and enrolled in the International Open Academy’s Master Herbalism Course. In 2021, after suffering some deeply personal losses, she was called to expand her knowledge of plants and their healing properties, and enrolled in the Western Herbalism program at the Southwest Institute of Healing Arts.
Linda is a former native to Southern California, and currently resides in Mesa, AZ. She is the owner of Three Sisters Botanicals, where she creates tinctures and toxin-free personal care products. She has been a guest speaker at Mercy Housing in Gilbert, AZ, where she led an herbalism workshop for the residents. In 2023 she was a guest on the podcast “The Camera Adds Ten Pounds” with Peter Sers, and is a host of the podcast “Getting Witchy”. While studying under the tutelage of renowned Herbalist JoAnn Sanchez, Linda also interned with Juliana Bishop at Herbal Jules.
Linda believes that we are all born with the innate knowledge and ability to heal ourselves, and she seeks to empower those who wish to regain that knowledge and ability. Her goal is to meet her clients where they are in their journey and offer guidance, education and support to help them reach their wellness goals.
